TRAVIS SHELLEY, Board Finance Chair

Travis Shelley, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, leads the financial reporting and technical accounting function at Applied Intuition, a fast-growing physical AI company. Prior to this he was at AppLovin Corporation, where he spearheaded due diligence on multiple acquisitions, structured multifaceted commercial arrangements, and helped scale the company's SEC reporting function immediately after the company's IPO. Before going into industry, he worked at a consulting firm called Connor Group, that specializes in IPO readiness and technical accounting services. While there he participated in several high profile IPOs, including Lyft and Palantir, and specialized in assessing complex debt and equity arrangements. Travis also co-founded Neu Mind, a consumer beverage startup he built from inception in 2016 until the project was successfully wound down in 2022. 

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Master's University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and ranked first in his class, and is a Certified Public Accountant in California (inactive).
