Scholarship Society

We’re so glad you’re here!

Change a life for just $1 a day

The Scholarship Society is our monthly‑giving program built on our “scholarship, not sponsorship” philosophy for secondary and university students.

We invest in a sustainable education approach rather than one‑off donations.

Your monthly gift supports dignity, long‑term impact, and community empowerment.

How it Works

As a member of The Scholarship Society, you’ll address the ongoing educational challenges in Uganda.

By pledging a monthly contribution, you become a partner in a long‑term journey toward educational access and empowerment in Uganda. Rather than one‑time aid, your commitment enables us to plan ahead, allocate resources responsibly, and hold ourselves accountable to the students, teachers and community.

Your support goes directly into our secondary and university scholarship programs, with full transparency on how funds are used and regular updates on student outcomes and successes.

Who Scholarships Support

For the Children

We believe that greater access to education, creative expression, and physical activity helps to break the cycle of poverty and prepares kids to thrive in all areas of life.

For The Teachers

Community center teacher writing on whiteboard.

Teachers are essential to our education programs. Without teachers our programs simply wouldn’t exist — and that’s why funds from The Scholarship Society go directly to supporting them.

For the Community

Community Street in Uganda.

Despite great progress in reducing countrywide poverty, Uganda remains one of the poorest nations in the world. In a country where chronic poverty is the backdrop to society, there are critical shortcomings in its developmental policies. We work to address these problems by ending the cycle of poverty.
