Deb Gordon, Board Member

Deb Gordon is a Manager at Visa Foundation where she partners with nonprofits to enable women entrepreneurs and women-led small businesses. Prior to this role, Deb was part of Visa’s Leadership Accelerator Program where she gained expertise in Product, Marketing, Social Impact and Inclusion & Diversity. 

Deb was born and raised in Jamaica, and migrated to the US with her family in 2010. She graduated from Stanford University with a bachelors in Sociology and minor in Psychology. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School. Deb hopes to bring to the AIA board her passion for solving issues of social and economic inequality and a desire to make a global impact.

Today, Deb lives in Oakland, California with her husband and adorable puppy Zuzu. Outside of work, Deb enjoys trying new latte recipes, exploring San Francisco, reading, rewatching episodes of Ted Lasso, buying candles and watching really bad reality television.
