To build on the momentum of our Quarantine Kit Fund, and in the spirit of #GivingTuesdayNow, the funds raised today will be allocated toward our $10,000 goal. This will ensure that we can continue to provide life-saving resources for the most vulnerable people in Nakuwadde.
Yesterday, the President of Uganda announced that the country will remain on lockdown until late May. For Action in Africa, this means that our relief efforts will need to expand to serve more families. As of this morning you have helped us fund 74 out of the 377 Quarantine Kits needed.
