Basic goals:
The Chapman branch of Action in Africa plans to raise an estimated $10,000 in charity. Also, Action in Africa plans to host multiple seminars and student events on campus through out the 2008 2009 year.
Possible on-campus activities & events 2008-2009:
- Multiregional Recycling Program
- Benefit concert with multiple bands on campus.
- Multiple guest speakers
- Awareness seminars
- Monthly benefit dances and night events.
- African art sale
- Benefit CD sales
- Open phone conference calls to Action in Africa correspondences on location in Africa.
- Shoe drive through the “From Our Feet” program.

Contribution to Chapman campus:
The Chapman branch of Action in Africa will provide both students and staff with a unique opportunity to have a hands-on experience in both learning about African culture and improving some of the problems throughout select areas in Africa. It will also give Chapman students a global prospective by hosting events and meetings to educate students about life in Africa. Action in Africa is registered with the government to legally give community service hours. Students will have the opportunity to earn community service hours though the Chapman branch of Action in Africa.
