III. Bake Sale
-    Thursday 10:30-2pm    
-     Bring baked goods to Glass 407 Wednesday night or at 10:30 on Thursday    
-    Table at Argyros Forum Walk Way
IV. Shirts
- Fill out survey as to how many shirts you believe you will be able to sell
V.  Next Weeks Fundraising Event
    -  Tuesday and Wednesday (the 11th and 12th)
    - Will be doing face painting
- Also will be selling hand-made bracelets (help make these if you have free time!)
VI. Art Sale
    - We will be working with 2 art contacts and possibly 1 CD contact
VII.  Event Planning
    - Must fill out a form (which Adam has)
    - Our advisor is Angela Stinton -Econ Professor
VIII. Night Time Event
    - Before Spring Break we will be having a night-time event TBA

T-shirts
    - Designs are done, they look awesome
- Need to know the sizes people want, what colors, and how many          t- shirts they  think they will be able to sell
   
Non-profit Organization
-    We are almost non-profit, Adam is finishing up the rest of the paperwork
-    It will be much easier to get business donations once we are declared non-profit

Benefit Concert
-    We need to start advertising
-    We need volunteers for the event and to sell tickets
-    Need to find local businesses and shops that will donate goods or sell goods with % of profit going to Action in Africa
-    Mini- pre events to advertise and catch peoples attention
-    We have a cotton candy machine now, will incorporate it at event and in advertising for event
-    AS is going to help with advertising

-    need someone to help as branch coordinator
-    need a new treasurer

Benefit Concert – Friday, April 18th 6:00pm-9:00pm

T-shirts
    - We will be getting this prior to the Benefit Concert
    -  We will be selling them prior to the event and also at the event

Tickets
-    As of now we are looking at tickets being 9$ pre-sale, higher prices at the door
-    We will being selling tickets the week before the concert
-    11-2 booths will have music and cotton candy
-    need volunteers to sell, if interested put your name on sign-up sheet or if you were absent contact Adam

Advertisements
-    We will be working with AS for advertising
-    Adam will being organizing advertisements of Jumbo-tron
-    We are re-doing the facebook group, add all your friends!!
-    Need help making banners and chalking

Vendors
-    try to get venders to sell merchandise
-    will be working with Micheal, who will be selling Ethopian jewelry
-    we need food vendors

Non-Profit Status
-    We are almost non-profit!!

Next Meeting
-    Monday 8:30 in Henley Basement

Benefit Concert

Ticket Sales
-    Adam has designed the tickets already
-    We will be selling tickets 11-2 Tuesday- Thursday this week
-    We will be giving out free cotton candy with the purchase of a ticket
-    Our booth will be in front Argyros, we will have an easy-up tent and music, as well as the cotton candy
-    Tickets pre-sale are 8$ at the door 12$
-    If raining we will do this inside the caf
Advertising
-    Poster-making is Tuesday at 11 in the Lead Center
-    We have 3 posters made as of now
-    We will be putting posters up throughout the week
-    We have 4 by 6 handouts to publicize the event
-    There is a new and improved Facebook event site, invite all your friends!

Project Invision Update
-    Cost of building has gone up a bit
