Rebecca Nakijjoba, Operations Manager

Rebecca serves as the Programs Director for AIA where she is responsible for oversight of the Primary Partnership, Special Needs, Holiday, Muganda, and Internship Programs. She additionally plans, oversees, schedules, and facilitates youth programs at The Center during Holiday and term schedules and acts as the primary AIA contact for school partnerships. Beyond this work, Rebecca works with program directors to collect data on program efficacy and create strategies for individual program adaptation and improvement based on the results. Rebecca joined the AIA team in 2018 where she started as the Programs Assistant and enjoys the work environment at The Center where she has great colleagues and a diversity and flexibility within her own work. 

Rebecca holds a Bachelors in Administrative and Secretarial Science and previously worked as a sales manager in a logistics company. She is passionate about self development and improvement and outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spreading love and kindness to the people in her life.
